Questions we get a lot

What's included in the flat price?
Your flat price covers the full room-by-room checklist for your home, done by a team of two cleaners. It's based on your home size, bedrooms, bathrooms and how often you want us, and you see it instantly before you book. The price you see is the price you pay. A $125 minimum applies to every booking.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. When we confirm your booking we'll go over access, such as a key, lockbox or door code. Every cleaner is background-checked before they get a key or a code to your home or business.
What products do you use?
We use low-VOC, fragrance-light products by default. Tell us if anyone in the home has allergies and we'll adjust.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Every clean comes with our 24-hour redo guarantee. If we missed a spot, tell us within 24 hours and we'll fix it free.
How do add-ons like oven, fridge and windows work?
Pick add-ons such as inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, cabinets, baseboards, a balcony or patio, or pet hair treatment when you get your quote. You see each price before you book, and you can change your add-ons after you see your price.
How do recurring plans and cancelling work?
Weekly visits save 15%, every two weeks saves 10% and monthly saves 5%. No contract is required for home cleans, and you can cancel anytime. Businesses can have a service contract put in writing.
